About
BHⁿ, Nigeria's #1 Edutainment Network.
#Edutainment will touch the creative minds of the youth.
We provide a professional and affordable media platform BHⁿ Network that merges entertainment and education for young people to really enjoy education again.
On January 10th, 2017 AVM Monday R. Morgan rtd, former Chief of Defence Intelligence of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and his wife, Dr Regina Morgan, head of Ophthalmology of the National Hospital in Abuja, established the Morgans Foundation. Mr Teun van Sambeek, CEO of BETONIQ Factories Ltd. of the Netherlands joined as member of the Morgans Foundation in March.
Vision
Several decades ago, the Nigerian educational system was widely respected. Nowadays we have seen an increase of fraud and a decrease of quality in the educational system which also leads to decreasing respect between students and teachers. Modern youth see successful sportsmen and musicians as their role models who seem to succeed without education. The youth places high values on certificates because they are key to job opportunities but seem to place less value on their knowledge, as they don't see what it brings to them.
Mission
It is the Morgans Foundation's mission to improve the youth's perception of the value of personal knowledge, improve their moral compass and to increase the involvement of young girls in education. A better understanding of the value of personal knowledge will help reduce corruption in the educational system and - more importantly - will increase the joy of getting educated.
Brain House Nigeria
The first activity of the Morgans Foundation was to establish the Brain House Nigeria. Brain House Nigeria organises 'edutainment' events. These events are fun, have engaging content and are programmed with an educational impact, targeting the youths of school age of the nation. Edutainment will touch the creative minds of the youth. To distribute all this content, Brain House Nigeria created a professional and affordable media platform (BHⁿ Network) that merges entertainment and education for young people to really enjoy education again. In this media outlet the youth can find a wide variety of #edutainment programs like "BHⁿ Kids News", "BHⁿ Success Story", "BHⁿ Time Machine", "BHⁿ Flick Review", "BHⁿ Fashion Freaks", "BHⁿ Sport Studio" and "BHⁿ Politics". Besides these programs BHⁿ also films and broadcasts Brain House Nigeria events like our pilot event: the Benue Brain House QUEST FOR THE BEST School Contest 2017 and the Gala Night where the winners of this contest receive their prizes.
Founder
BHⁿ will organise its 2017 Gala Night in the Double K Hotel GRA. In the afternoon the finals for the Benue Brain House QUEST FOR THE BEST School Contest 2017 will take place. The winners will be awarded during the magnificent Gala evening that will be attended by many celebrities and idols is recorded by the film crews of Brain House Nigeria. MAKE SURE TO BE THERE!
